**Business Development**:
- Identify potential prospects through market analysis and cold calling.
- Engage with potential clients, organize meetings to showcase our expertise, and drive new business opportunities.
- Manage and nurture existing accounts, ensuring strong client relationships and satisfaction. Our salary range for this position is between $90,000 and $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Recruitment and Management:
- Attract and recruit top talent with the right expertise and skillset. You will play a key role in shaping our team's composition and ensuring that we have the necessary skills to deliver high-quality results.
- Mentor and support your team to help them grow and succeed in their careers. As you know, every person is different and so is every role in a company.
