About this Role:

We're looking for a highly skilled Cloud Solutions Sales Professional to join our team in Malaga, Spain. As an Account Manager, you'll be responsible for driving sales cycles, nurturing client relationships, and showcasing your expertise in advanced cloud technologies.

Job Description:

  • Be the primary point of contact for many customers, delivering a strong first impression and cultivating a portfolio of clients through effective sales expertise.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding businesses in adopting advanced cloud technologies.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to fulfill small and medium-sized businesses' needs, maximizing up-sell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with Solution Specialists and Partner Connection Managers.
  • Collect feedback from customers and articulate it back to the business, ensuring a 'Voice of customer' perspective.

Your Qualifications:

We're looking for someone who is bilingual or proficient in Finnish plus fluent in English, with 1-2 years of experience in IT sales or account management. You should have experience using Microsoft Office Suite applications and Client Relationship Management systems like Dynamics 365 or Salesforce.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience working with or selling MS Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365, or similar solutions.
  • Microsoft Fundamentals certification on MS Azure, Modern Workplace, and/or BizApps.
