**Company Overview**: PRIMA Partners Global is a leading provider of innovative solutions, and we're seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team in Barcelona.
**Salary:** €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
**Job Description:** As a key member of our Microsoft Cloud Division, you'll be responsible for developing strategies to drive business growth within the AI segment. You'll work closely with customers to understand their needs, provide top-notch service, and help them adapt technology to their requirements.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business growth strategies for the Microsoft AI division
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring timely responses to customer inquiries and needs
- Manage and maintain an accurate deal pipeline within our CRM system
- Conduct regular reporting to stakeholders on sales performance, promotional activities, and deal pipeline progress
- Drive the execution of business and marketing plans to achieve growth objectives
- Deliver training to customers and internal sales teams on product information, pricing, and special offers
**Required Skills and Qualifications:** To succeed in this role, you'll need 2+ years of experience in business development or sales, with a strong understanding of Microsoft Cloud technologies, including Azure and AI/Copilot. Proficiency in Spanish and English languages is essential, as well as excellent communication and customer service skills.
