The Role

This role involves coordinating projects across the region, working closely with regional sales and operational teams, TSP at global/regional levels, and Tyco tech support centers. The goal is to provide a standard global solution and develop services for clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing rollout plans, training Tyco subsidiaries/BPs in project/account management practices related to Inditex, serving as the primary customer interface between Tyco and Inditex, and developing consultative sales with various client stakeholders.

This includes acting as a Program Manager/Project Manager responsible for the design, execution, and control of installations and service optimization SLA plans, setting up KPIs to monitor operations globally, preparing monthly forecasts for different business lines, and strengthening collaboration with Tyco product divisions to develop products based on VOC.

Requirements

Key qualifications include a degree in Engineering, experience with standard sales reporting tools (Salesforce, others), and the ability to engage with different departments of the client at various levels, identifying their purchasing decision-making processes and interests.

Familiarity with technologies/integration and strong presentation and negotiation skills at all levels are also essential. Previous experience dealing with large international accounts is preferred, as is business studies with financial analysis capabilities.

Johnson Controls offers an attractive compensation package according to your qualifications and experience. This includes a competitive salary estimated to be around €80,000 - €120,000 per annum, depending on the location and the candidate's profile.
