We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our team at beBee Professionals España. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing customer relationships, and achieving established commercial objectives.
Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and acquire new customers, as well as manage and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
- Deliver sales presentations and negotiate contract terms.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales campaigns and materials.
- Analyze the market and competition to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or similar commercial roles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Knowledge of sales techniques and market strategies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-oriented and problem-solving skills.
