Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Territory Manager Orthodontics to join our team in Western Europe. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining business relationships with current and prospective customers to generate new cases and sales revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers to generate new cases and sales revenue.
- Deliver sales presentations highlighting product benefits, value proposition, and competitive edge.
- Develop and communicate clear and effective written proposals and quotations.
- Train clinic staff to actively engage in communicating ClearCorrect to patients.
- Coordinate sales efforts with Inside Sales, Provider Service, Clinical Advisor, and marketing team.
- Analyze territory potential, identify opportunities, and craft personal sales strategy.
- Report account activities through sales funnel and use sales dashboard to keep account visibility high.
- Meet sales targets and other metrics set by manager.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of sales/account management experience.
- Strong track record in sales/account management.
- Solid presentation skills and language proficiency required for the assigned territory.
- Ability to analyze data and generate reports on metrics defined by management.
