The Role

We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our French-speaking team. As a first point of contact for customers experiencing technical difficulties, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls, welcoming clients, and providing basic technical assistance.

You will work closely with our Product teams to resolve customer issues and ensure seamless service delivery. Your excellent communication skills and technical knowledge will enable you to handle partner inquiries and provide timely support.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Answering incoming phone calls and welcoming customers
  • Providing basic technical assistance and resolving customer issues
  • Collaborating with Product teams to escalate complex issues
