About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to provide exceptional technical support to N26 employees and contribute to the ongoing optimization and automation of our internal IT processes.

Job Description

As an IT Operations Assistant, you'll gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, working alongside experienced professionals and contributing to the success of a leading FinTech company. You'll have the opportunity to develop your technical skills, learn about IT automation and DevSecOps principles, and gain valuable insights into the operations of a global organisation.

  • Support N26 employees in resolving problems with IT, AV and communication systems as well as supporting live and streaming video events, record and archive events if needed.
  • Support N26 end-user devices systems like MacOS, Windows, iOS, Android, and ChromeOS.
  • Support and manage N26 end-users software and applications like Google Workplace, Kandji, Intune, Atlassian Jira and Confluence, Office365 amongst others and the ability to train and support employees on their use.
  • Assist with IT onboarding and training curriculum.
  • Design, update, and maintain IT documentation including documentation for support and operations processes.
  • Manage hardware and software asset management while maintaining accurate records.
  • Basic troubleshooting and support of meeting rooms and 'all hands' event spaces.
What You Need to Be Successful

You will be successful in this role if you have:

  • Background: Previous work experience in this area is not required.
  • Skills: Passion to learn and develop skills, team working skills, experience with computers and basic troubleshooting, a great attitude towards solving problems and finding solutions, ability to be empathetic, humble, and possess a strong focus on customer service, outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, good command of English.
