Role Overview: As a seasoned Property Manager specializing in client account management, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, responsible for nurturing relationships, addressing client needs, and ensuring a seamless experience with our software solutions. This role is ideal for someone with strong interpersonal skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a passion for helping clients succeed in the ever-growing software industry for property management.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining consistent communication and providing support as needed for a portfolio of clients across various regions.
  • Develop strategies to retain and grow our client base by understanding client needs and presenting relevant solutions.
  • Work closely with clients to resolve any concerns, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Guide clients on how to best use our software, conducting training sessions and offering ongoing support.
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure the client's experience with our software is seamless and that all feedback is communicated to improve our offerings.

Qualifications: Proven experience in property management is essential, preferably within a SaaS or technology environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail are also required. Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts efficiently is a plus. Familiarity with property management software or channel management platforms is a plus.
