About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Relationship Manager to join our team at Colt Technology Services. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our German-speaking clients, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with German-speaking clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  2. Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive growth.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services and products to clients.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, identifying opportunities to improve processes and services.
Requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
  • Proven experience in a sales or customer-facing role, with a strong track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Passion for customer experience and a drive to deliver exceptional service.
  • Adaptable and flexible, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
