Main Responsibilities

As a Customer Relationship Manager at Desigual, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with customers by providing personalized business suggestions and recommendations to help them increase profitability. Your role will involve providing customers with information related to our products, services, promotions, sales guides, and marketing actions to enable effective selling through various channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage orders and returns, ensuring timely and accurate product and service delivery.
• Review and approve discrepancies between approved and received units, and prepare and send invoices to customers.

Collections and Deliveries:

• Ensure invoices are paid on due dates and follow up accordingly.
• Coordinate and execute marketing and promotional campaigns specific to key accounts, ensuring effective communication of our brand messaging.

Inventory Management and Data Analysis:

• Monitor inventory levels and ensure products are well-stocked and readily available for partners.
• Ensure customers' account information is accurate and updated, and open line items are properly matched.

Problem Solving:

• Identify, monitor, and solve disputes arising from commercial, financial, or logistic collection processes between Desigual and its customers, aiming to minimize defaults and collect overdue funds.
