About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Account Management team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions to improve their experience with our product.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to retain existing clients and grow their business with our company
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions
  • Work closely with our sales, product, and development teams to ensure seamless delivery of our product
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell our products to existing clients
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to maintain high levels of client satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze complex data and identify opportunities for growth
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
  • University education, preferably in a business-related field
