We're seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our team, responsible for managing key client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention.

This role is ideal for someone with strong interpersonal skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a passion for helping clients succeed.

Must be proficient in English and Spanish on a conversational level.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain consistent communication and provide support as needed for a portfolio of clients.
  • Develop strategies to retain and grow our client base by understanding client needs and presenting relevant solutions.
  • Work closely with clients to resolve any concerns, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Guide clients on how to best use our software, conducting training sessions and offering ongoing support.
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure the client's experience with our software is seamless and that all feedback is communicated to improve our offerings.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in property management, preferably within a SaaS or technology environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts efficiently.
  • Familiarity with property management software or channel management platforms is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience.
