**Job Description**
We are seeking an experienced individual to join our Executive Leadership Team as the Partnerships Director. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and forming partnerships with other organizations to advance the impact we have on our primary beneficiaries.
**Responsibilities:**
• Develop and execute our partnerships strategy to ensure that partnership opportunities are identified and relationships are formed and maintained appropriately.
• Work closely with the CEO to build and maintain strong relationships with other charities, companies, and organizations to create prosperous opportunities for the charity.
• Recruit, design, and lead a team of Partnership volunteers, ensuring they have the right coaching and guidance to succeed.
• Partner closely with the Youth Services Director to ensure that any proposed partnerships would have a positive impact on the services we deliver to young people.
**Estimated Salary:** £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
