Key Responsibilities:
- Assist sales team and drivers in delivering products to customers and clients
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring all items are safely secured
- Compile accurate delivery records and reports
- Ensure good customer relations by delivering orders on time and providing excellent customer service
- Obtain clients' and customers' signatures as an acknowledgment of delivery
- Verify the authenticity of documents and ensure timely submission of reports
- Report any delivery-related issues to senior staff or management
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in a delivery or logistics role (preferred)
- Driver's License (preferred)
