Job Responsibilities: Assist in managing purchase orders. Receive and process sales orders from customers. Prepare purchase orders for suppliers based on sales needs. Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment. Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records. Communicate with suppliers to negotiate delivery schedules. Handle customer inquiries regarding orders, delivery status, and product availability. Assist in resolving any issues related to orders, deliveries, or products. Coordinate with logistics providers to arrange the shipment and delivery of goods. Ensure all necessary documentation for customs and shipping is prepared and accurate. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, order status, and inventory levels for management review. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors. Maintain accurate records of sales and purchases. Support the sales team with administrative tasks. Ensure timely delivery of products. Qualifications: Experience with Procurement. Knowledgeable in procurement flow. Knowledgeable with warehouse and stock control. Basic skills in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel. Strong organizational skills. Excellent communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Ability to multitask. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
