Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Purchasing Assistant to join our team at John Clements Japan Desk (Persol Philippines).

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing purchase orders and ensuring timely delivery of products.

Receive and process sales orders from customers, coordinating with suppliers to negotiate delivery schedules and resolve any issues related to orders, deliveries, or products.

Prepare purchase orders for suppliers based on sales needs, maintaining accurate inventory records and communicating with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment.

Monitor stock levels and coordinate with logistics providers to arrange the shipment and delivery of goods, ensuring all necessary documentation for customs and shipping is prepared and accurate.

Prepare regular reports on sales performance, order status, and inventory levels for management review, coordinating with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products.

Requirements:

Experience with Procurement and knowledge of procurement flow, warehouse and stock control, and Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.

Strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and ability to multitask, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Education:
