Job Description

The Territory Development Representative is a key role in Workiva's sales team, responsible for driving pipeline growth and revenue goals. This position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Account Executives to develop engagement strategies with assigned customer and prospect accounts.
  • Provide research and intelligence to identify key contacts and critical account information.
  • Prospect into target accounts via cold-calling, email, and social outreach.
  • Qualify leads and contacts based on defined criteria.
  • Learn and demonstrate a fundamental understanding of Workiva's Platform and its capabilities.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of related experience in sales, business development, or lead generation.
  • Associate's degree or equivalent combination of knowledge and experience.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong propensity for action and results.
  • Ability to work in a high-growth organization and balance competing priorities.
