Job DescriptionAs an Enterprise XR Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in connecting the business world with XR technology and devices. You will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and maintaining leadership in the enterprise XR devices market.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as a leading evangelist for the brand by attending industry events and speaking at conferences/tradeshows.
- Build connections across the market by engaging with stakeholders through direct outreach (calls, meetings, etc.).
- Drive new business by deploying devices with new projects or end-customers who haven't used PICO devices before.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- At least 5 years of experience in a commercial role within a software or hardware XR company.
- Ability to travel across Europe, UK, Middle East, and ANZ regions.
- Proven experience in managing a sales pipeline and closing seven-figure deals.
- Strong public speaking skills and experience.
The estimated salary for this role is €120,000 - €180,000 per year, depending on experience. ByteDance offers a comprehensive benefits package, including a competitive salary, stock options, and opportunities for growth and development.
