Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced professional to fill the role of Business Development Manager, responsible for managing customer relationships, implementing pricing solutions, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of success in customer-facing roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers (country category managers) as their primary point of contact and advocate within the organization.
- Lead and manage customer engagements for pricing solution implementation from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, adoption, and quality standards.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a smooth transition and successful implementation of the pricing solution.
- Proactively identify and resolve customer issues, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, and application developers to drive customer results.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience, improve the pricing solution, and optimize internal processes.
- Provide training and support to customers, helping them maximize the value of our pricing solution.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or project management roles.
- Strong project management skills with a proven track record of managing complex projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
