Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Foster strong relationships with customers, ensuring timely and accurate product delivery through efficient order management and return processes.
  • Collections: Ensure prompt payment from customers, investigating and resolving any discrepancies or issues related to invoices and payments.
  • Promotions and Marketing: Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns for key accounts, effectively communicating Desigual's brand message and driving sales growth.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, maintaining adequate stock levels to meet customer demands and collaborating with logistics teams as needed.
  • Data Analysis: Maintain accurate customer account information, ensuring seamless reconciliation and resolving disputes efficiently.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
  • Proven experience in account management or a similar role within the fashion or retail industry
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Analytical mindset with data interpretation and decision-making abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • SAP Knowledge
