Profoto is a leader in light-shaping technology, and we are dedicated to helping top photographers achieve stunning results. We are now looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager for Spain to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth and achieve quarterly sales targets in the Iberian market.
  • Execute profitable events and track performance through the Profoto event tracker.
  • Maximize ROI with allocated marketing budgets by effectively managing marketing campaigns.
  • Develop strong relationships with key accounts and cooperation partners such as camera manufacturers.
  • Conduct co-visits with dealers to B2B accounts like rentals, studios, and schools.
  • Participate in European events and meetings, contributing to overall business goals.

Main Areas of Responsibility:

  • Business development in the Iberian region.
  • Managing accounts in a multi-channel environment.
  • Forecasting and reporting sales on a quarterly basis.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in a multi-channel sales environment.
  • Proven experience in both direct and indirect sales/marketing.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Spanish at a native level is mandatory, and Portuguese or Catalan are a plus.
  • Ability to work and deliver results in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Strong negotiation skills with key accounts.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
