Sales Commission Framework Specialist

The Global Sales Incentives and Compensation team at Sinch is seeking an experienced Sales Commission Framework Specialist. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for designing and optimizing sales commissioning end-to-end processes from quota setting to commission pay-out. You will partner with Sales, Finance, Revenue Operations, Legal, and other stakeholders across Sinch Group to ensure accurate and timely calculation of sales commissions and report on performance. The ideal candidate will have strong project management and analytical skills, a deep understanding of sales commission frameworks, and solid knowledge of sales incentives and compensation. Key responsibilities include designing global governance frameworks, ensuring compliance, and continuously evaluating and improving Sales commissioning processes and systems. If you have 7+ years of experience in Sales Commission, FP&A, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related areas
• 7+ years of experience in Sales Commission, FP&A, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations
• Strong experience with sales compensation principles and financial analysis, with high attention to detail
• Advanced program management skills to coordinate medium to large projects
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
