Blu Selection is een innovatieve en internationale organisatie die op zoek is naar een Sales Specialist om ons team te versterken. Als Sales Specialist bij ons zul je de verantwoordelijkheid hebben om onze klanten te helpen met hun vragen en problemen. Je zult werken in een dynamische omgeving waar je de kans krijgt om je vaardigheden te ontwikkelen en je carrière te starten.

Je taken
Als Sales Specialist zul je de volgende taken hebben:

• Uitzonderlijk overleg met klanten over opkomende vragen
• Een hoge klanttevredenheid bereiken met een focus op kwaliteit en resultaten
• Het ontwikkelen van de zakelijke omgeving voor duurzame groei
• Creëren en onderhouden van de relaties om op lange termijn door te dringen tot technieken, strategieën en de algemene beweging van de concurrent
• Onderzoeken van nieuwe verkoopmogelijkheden bij de bestaande portefeuille van accounts
• Zich richten op het behalen van voordelen door proactief beheer
• Bijhouden, beheren en rapporteren van lopende activiteiten met betrekking tot de verkooppijplijn
• Reageren en oplossingen bieden voor de inkomende klant of partner oproepen

Je vaardigheden
Je hebt een geldig schooldiploma of bent al in het bezit van je bachelordiploma. Je spreekt Nederlands op moedertaal niveau en spreekt vloeiend Engels (afhankelijk van de klant is B2 voldoende). Je hebt al ervaring in Customer Service of Sales of bent geïnteresseerd in een van deze gebieden.
