Role Description:

    Inacatalog is looking for a Sales Specialist to take on a key role in expanding our client portfolio and driving revenue growth. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for prospecting the market, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategic plans to achieve sales targets.

    To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and negotiation abilities. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

    As a Sales Specialist at Inacatalog, you will be responsible for:

  • Prospecting the market and identifying new business opportunities
  • Developing strategic plans to achieve sales targets
  • Building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Analyzing market trends and competitor activity
  • Providing solutions to customer complaints and improving customer satisfaction

    Key Requirements:

  • University education or professional degree
  • Technical skills in IT and software
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in software sales, ERP, and customer acquisition
  • Essential knowledge of the business world
  • English B2/C1

    Preferred Requirements:

  • Training in sales and negotiation techniques
  • Training in communication techniques
  • Training in customer management and commercial activity reporting
  • Experience in the use of CRM
  • Geographical mobility
