Criteo Senior Data Governance Analyst Job Description
As a Senior Data Governance Analyst at Criteo, you will contribute to the development and implementation of our Data Governance Framework, ensuring the highest level of data quality and integrity across the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain data policies, roles, and responsibilities, as well as develop and deploy a data catalog to facilitate understanding and ownership of data assets. Additionally, you will support the deployment of our framework to data domains and sets, serving as a key point of contact and change agent for Data Governance. This role requires strong analytical skills, problem-solving mindset, and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development and evolution of the Data Governance Framework, including data policies, roles, and responsibilities, and data catalog.
- Support the deployment of our framework to data domains and sets, including being a key point of contact and change agent for Data Governance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain data policies, roles, and responsibilities.
- Develop and deploy a data catalog to facilitate understanding and ownership of data assets.
- Support data stewards on data assurance and quality, including understanding current processes and pain points, defining data quality business rules, conducting ad hoc analysis, and automating data quality monitoring.
Requirements:
- MS degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of proven working experience as a Data Governance analyst or a similar position.
- High interest and proficiency in Data and BI, including data governance principles, data modeling, data quality, and BI/reporting tools.
- Experience in Commercial or Financial data domains would be a plus.
- Strong analytical skills, problem-solving mindset, and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English.
