Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at TD SYNNEX. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth in the Supermicro segment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Execute Business Strategies: Collaborate with our business development manager to develop and execute strategies to drive business growth in Supermicro.
  2. Manage the Sales Pipeline: Own the development of an accurate and detailed pipeline of deals within our CRM system.
  3. Reporting and Analysis: Provide weekly reporting to our vendor on sell-out activity, tracking performance of promotional activities and the deal pipeline.
  4. Support Business Execution: Assist in the execution of business plans as required by the business development manager.
  5. Identify Training Opportunities: Identify training opportunities within customers and internal sales teams and address accordingly.
  6. Communicate Product Information: Communicate product information, pricing, special offers and promotions to customers and internal sales teams.
Requirements
  1. Senior Sales Experience: Proven experience in senior sales roles, with a focus on servers.
  2. IT Industry Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the IT industry, including channel, vendors, and competition.
  3. Language Skills: Proficiency in Spanish and B2 English level.
  4. Additional Skills: Experience with SAP R3 and Business Warehouse is an advantage. Telephone sales skills, customer focus, and excellent communication skills are essential.
