About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our Services Endpoint Solutions Iberia team at TD SYNNEX. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for defining new services to increase our portfolio and creating and maintaining customer/partner relationships, with a strong focus on providing value-added services.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Service Development: Define and recommend new services to increase our portfolio, aligning with the company's strategic objectives.
  2. Customer Relationship Management: Own and develop small to mid-sized customer accounts of moderate complexity, focusing on winning new business and maximizing the potential of the account partners.
  3. Customer Loyalty and Profitability: Increase customer loyalty and profitability by utilizing in-depth knowledge of assigned product/service lines.
  4. Large Deal Engagement: Drive specific large deal and pipeline engagement within a technology domain.
  5. Service Portfolio Promotion: Drive the presence and profile of our services portfolio internally within TD SYNNEX and externally to customers.
  6. Business Planning: Translate services objectives into actionable services business plans.
  7. Negotiation and Marketing: Negotiate on deals and rebates, and support the development and execution of marketing plans alongside the Marketing Manager.
Requirements
  1. +3 years of working experience in the IT industry.
  2. Highly desirable experience in at least one of the following services: trade in, renting/leasing, used devices, tenders/licitaciones, or other IT services.
  3. Spanish proficiency.
  4. High energy with a positive 'can-do' attitude, consistently able to deliver above expectations.
  5. Confident and informed decision-making qualities and a proven negotiator.
  6. Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with internal and external business partners.
  7. Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
