Job Purpose:
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our Services Endpoint Solutions Iberia team at Td Synnex. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for defining new services to increase our portfolio and for creating and maintaining customer/partner relationships, with a strong focus on providing value-added services, like:
- Trade-in and pre-owned devices
- Financing and customer-to-order services
- Deployment services
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and recommend new services to increase our portfolio
- Own and develop small to mid-sized customer accounts of moderate complexity under some supervision
- Increase customer loyalty and profitability
- Communicate TD Synnex's core value proposition to customers
- Drive large deal and pipeline engagement within a technology domain
- Develop and execute marketing plans
- Collaborate with Field Sales Engineers (FSE)
- Accurately forecast and develop pipeline
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in the IT industry
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Highly desirable experience in trade-in, renting/leasing, used devices, tenders/licitaciones, or other IT services
- Excellent emotional intelligence and ability to influence decision-making
- Self-motivation and ability to define and achieve clear priorities
