Business Development Manager for Inside Sales

Job Overview: As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing inside sales team to drive revenue growth and exceed business objectives. Your primary focus will be on recruitment, swift onboarding, and strategic development of premier talent. You will also work closely with RUCKUS Inside Sales Account Managers to identify goals that will grow RUCKUS's business and position RUCKUS's solutions for new business to end users through our Ecosystem of partners including Channel Distributors, Installation Business Partners, Consultants, Engineers, and Integrators.
About You: To succeed in this role, you must have significant experience in building and maintaining outstanding inside sales or other high-performance teams. You are likely a coach or mentor in your free time and possess strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish. A proven track record of using CRMs to drive sales and efficiency is essential, as well as B2B outward-bound sales environment experience. Additionally, you should have demonstrated evidence of sourcing, hiring, and onboarding new talent with shown success in not only achieving results but exceeding them.
