About the Role

We are working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company to recruit a Swedish speaking Senior Client Relationship Manager for their Málaga office. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer engagement experiences and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for customers, deliver a strong impression, and set the foundation for long-term relationships.
  • Quarterback sales from lead to purchase, lead the sales strategy, overcome objections, and negotiate success.
  • Engage with small and medium businesses across industries, company sizes, and types to determine their needs and identify opportunities to fulfill them with leading cloud technologies.
  • Obsess over customers and prospects to deliver world-class customer engagement experiences.
  • Secure customer wins for cloud, maximize up-sell and cross-sell opportunities, and collaborate with Solution Specialists and Partner Connection Managers.
  • Position competitive offerings and solutions in the context of customer needs and experiences.
  • Demonstrate verbally and in writing how customers can capture value and envision their future with Microsoft technologies.
  • Effectively turn prospects and qualified leads into opportunities and revenue pipeline by filtering them through different criteria.
  • Meet and exceed targets for net-new revenue and sales pipeline; accurately forecast sales, pipeline, and usage for the products and solutions in scope.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent in Swedish (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
  • 2-3+ years in sales or customer-facing roles, with a proven track record of success.
  • At least 1 year in a relevant industry, with experience in account or customer management.
  • Familiarity with modern sales techniques, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to communicate effectively via phone, email, and presentations.
  • Experience with cloud-based solutions or similar technologies is a plus.
