About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Portuguese-Speaking Customer Advisor to join our growing team in the sports industry.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Portuguese and English, with excellent communication skills and a strong ability to engage customers in a clear, friendly, and professional manner.

Job Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to Portuguese-speaking customers via phone, email, live chat, and other channels. You will assist with inquiries regarding our sports products, orders, shipping, returns, and other customer needs.

You will also handle customer complaints and issues professionally and efficiently, working to resolve problems and ensure satisfaction. Additionally, you will maintain a deep understanding of our sports products and services, provide accurate and helpful information to customers, and help with various aspects of order management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to Portuguese-speaking customers
  • Assist with inquiries regarding sports products, orders, shipping, returns, and other customer needs
  • Handle customer complaints and issues professionally and efficiently
  • Maintain a deep understanding of sports products and services
  • Provide accurate and helpful information to customers
  • Help with various aspects of order management
Required Skills & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Fluency in Portuguese at a B2 level (both written and spoken)
  • Fluency in English at a B2 level (both written and spoken)
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage customers in a clear, friendly, and professional manner
  • Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not mandatory
  • An interest in or familiarity with the sports industry is advantageous but not a requirement
