">This role offers a unique opportunity to work as a German-speaking Customer Service Representative, providing top-notch support to our customers across multiple communication channels. You will be assisting clients with inquiries about our sports-related products and services, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat">
- Assist customers with product details, order inquiries, shipping, returns, and other aspects of our sports products and services">
- Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally">
- Offer detailed information about our sports products, helping customers understand features, availability, and promotions">
- Provide tailored advice to help them make informed purchasing decisions">
- Assist customers with tracking orders, making modifications, cancellations, and addressing any payment-related questions">
- Ensure all order-related matters are processed smoothly">
- Actively gather customer feedback on their experiences and suggest improvements based on their insights">
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM system">
- Work closely with various teams to address customer inquiries and ensure a seamless experience">
- Stay informed about new product developments, industry trends, and company updates">
- Engage in regular training to continually enhance your customer service skills">
Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Proficient in German at a B2 level (both written and spoken)">
- Proficient in English at a B2 level (both written and spoken)">
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with customers professionally and clearly">
- Previous experience in customer service is beneficial but not required">
- A passion for or background in the sports industry is an advantage, but not a must">
- Familiarity with customer service software and CRM platforms is a plus, though not required">
- Quick to learn new systems and technologies">
- Strong problem-solving skills to efficiently address and resolve customer issues">
- Ability to handle complex situations in a calm and professional manner">
- Self-driven, comfortable working independently in a remote or hybrid environment">
- Strong organizational and time management abilities">
- Collaborative and supportive of team goals and efforts">
- Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accurate processing of customer orders and requests">
