This role offers a unique opportunity to work as a German-speaking Customer Service Representative, providing top-notch support to our customers across multiple communication channels. You will be assisting clients with inquiries about our sports-related products and services, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat">
  • Assist customers with product details, order inquiries, shipping, returns, and other aspects of our sports products and services">
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally">
  • Offer detailed information about our sports products, helping customers understand features, availability, and promotions">
  • Provide tailored advice to help them make informed purchasing decisions">
  • Assist customers with tracking orders, making modifications, cancellations, and addressing any payment-related questions">
  • Ensure all order-related matters are processed smoothly">
  • Actively gather customer feedback on their experiences and suggest improvements based on their insights">
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM system">
  • Work closely with various teams to address customer inquiries and ensure a seamless experience">
  • Stay informed about new product developments, industry trends, and company updates">
  • Engage in regular training to continually enhance your customer service skills">

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficient in German at a B2 level (both written and spoken)">
  • Proficient in English at a B2 level (both written and spoken)">
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with customers professionally and clearly">
  • Previous experience in customer service is beneficial but not required">
  • A passion for or background in the sports industry is an advantage, but not a must">
  • Familiarity with customer service software and CRM platforms is a plus, though not required">
  • Quick to learn new systems and technologies">
  • Strong problem-solving skills to efficiently address and resolve customer issues">
  • Ability to handle complex situations in a calm and professional manner">
  • Self-driven, comfortable working independently in a remote or hybrid environment">
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities">
  • Collaborative and supportive of team goals and efforts">
  • Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accurate processing of customer orders and requests">
