**Job Title:** Sports Industry Customer Support Specialist

**Location:** Remote (Bulgaria)

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Sports Industry Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Cross Border Talents. As a key member of our support team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service to Portuguese-speaking customers in the sports industry.

**Estimated Salary:** €32,000 - €40,000 per year

Job Description
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: You will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service to Portuguese-speaking customers via phone, email, live chat, and other channels. This includes assisting with inquiries regarding our sports products, orders, shipping, returns, and other customer needs.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: You will handle customer complaints and issues professionally and efficiently, working to resolve problems and ensure satisfaction. You will strive to turn negative experiences into positive outcomes for customers.
  • Product Knowledge: You will maintain a deep understanding of our sports products and services. This includes providing accurate and helpful information to customers regarding product details, availability, features, and promotions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Language Skills**: Proficient in Portuguese at a B2 level (both written and spoken) and proficient in English at a B2 level (both written and spoken). Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage customers in a clear, friendly, and professional manner.
  • Experience**: Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not mandatory. An interest in or familiarity with the sports industry is advantageous, but not a requirement.
