Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, live chat, and other communication channels.
  • Issue Resolution: Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience and customer satisfaction.
  • Product Expertise: Offer detailed information about our sports products, helping customers understand features, availability, and promotions.
  • Order Management: Assist customers with tracking orders, making modifications, cancellations, and addressing any payment-related questions.
  • Feedback Collection: Actively gather customer feedback on their experiences and suggest improvements based on their insights, contributing to enhancing our products and services.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM system, ensuring that all issues and follow-ups are clearly documented.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Language Skills: Proficient in German at a B2 level (both written and spoken) and English at a B2 level (both written and spoken)
  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service is beneficial but not required
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with customer service software and CRM platforms is a plus, though not required
  • Problem-Solving Ability: Strong problem-solving skills to efficiently address and resolve customer issues
  • Self-Driven: Comfortable working independently in a remote or hybrid environment
  • Team Player: Collaborative and supportive of team goals and efforts
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accurate processing of customer orders and requests
