Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop strategic plans that align with business objectives and priorities.
• Prioritize demands from key clients while maximizing efficiency and profitability.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and understanding of client requirements.
• Oversee workflow and identify opportunities for improvement, implementing solutions to optimize processes and enhance collaboration.
• Monitor progress and address potential risks and barriers in a timely manner.
• Establish metrics and KPIs to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
• University degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in account management and customer success.
• Strong experience implementing processes and leading complex projects with commercial impact.
• Fluent in English and Spanish required.
