">Job Summary
">We are seeking a skilled Regional Sales Development Manager to strengthen our core team in Madrid and drive the successful development of our services and expertise in Spain, Portugal, and the Mediterranean basin region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in identifying, pursuing, and negotiating business opportunities, establishing new customer relationships, and maintaining existing ones.
">Identify and secure business from new and existing customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.">Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with Mammoet's regional strategy, focusing on market assessment, competitor analysis, and business opportunity identification.">Maintain and deepen relationships with customers, monitoring market developments and adjusting sales plans accordingly.">Develop and execute sales plans that align with Mammoet's overall strategy, including tendering, negotiation, and contract management.">Analyze inquiries and respond with tailored solutions that meet qualitative, technical, and commercial requirements.">Negotiate with internal and external parties to close deals and ensure smooth project execution.">Provide regular reports and insights on quantitative and qualitative developments, ensuring stakeholders are informed of key trends and performance indicators.">- ">
Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.">
- 5+ years of experience in sales development, account management, or a related role.">
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.">

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.">
