Job Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share within the assigned territory.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners. Address customer needs and resolve issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive landscape. Provide insights and recommendations based on market data.
- Sales Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of sales & technical representatives within the territory. Provide guidance, training, and support to enhance their performance and professional development.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the customer base. Develop and execute plans to penetrate new markets and increase revenue.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and business reviews to senior management. Use data to make informed decisions and strategic adjustments.
What You Need:
- 5+ years of experience as a Territory Manager or similar leadership role preferably within the construction or garage door industry.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
Location: Seattle, WA
