Job Overview

This role is responsible for driving commercial growth and leading the Ex-India markets team. The successful candidate will have a strong track record in sales leadership, with experience in managing cross-functional teams and developing business strategies.

About the Role

The Commercial Lead - Expansion Markets will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing business plans to achieve sales targets and drive market share growth
  • Leading and managing a team of sales professionals to ensure effective execution of sales strategies
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities and develop solutions to drive business growth
Responsibilities

The Senior Regional Sales Director will be responsible for:

  • Providing strategic direction to the Ex-India markets team to achieve commercial objectives
  • Developing and executing sales strategies to drive market share growth and achieve sales targets
  • Monitoring and controlling SG&A spends in the Region (Over Heads and Trade Marketing)
  • Ensuring timely and risk-free realization from customers (distributors, institutions, and cooperatives)
  • Driving effectiveness and efficiency through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
