Overview:

DuPont, a leading multi-industrial company, is seeking a highly skilled Regional Marketing Director to lead the Personal Protection segment in Western and Central Europe. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive business growth, innovation, and customer satisfaction.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing regional sales and profitability growth strategies aligned with global objectives. Key responsibilities include driving regional sales planning and forecasting, developing marketing strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, engaging with customers, and analyzing market trends.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a relevant field, along with several years of relevant experience, preferably in a leadership or people management capacity. Exceptional leadership and influence management skills, strong analytical and strategic-thinking abilities, knowledge of regional market conditions, and excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills are essential.

Salary Range: €120,000 - €180,000 per annum, depending on experience

Location: Western and Central Europe
