About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth within the dental industry. This includes collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to understand market trends and demands, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing solutions to optimize processes and enhance collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A university degree and 5+ years of experience in account management or customer success.
  • Strong experience in leading complex projects with commercial impact.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect and influence diverse stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, with a strong understanding of the dental industry.

Compensation Package

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and performance bonuses.

Location

This role can be performed remotely from Spain, allowing you to work flexibly and maintain a healthy work-life balance.
