Ncr Atleos is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for providing sales support to the Sales Director and driving business growth in Portugal.
The role includes but is not limited to:
- Supporting sales teams in launching campaigns to create new deals and customers
- Providing troubleshooting assistance for customer issues and account statuses
- Developing and monitoring performance indicators for Portugal
- Liaising with account managers to develop specific sales strategies
The ideal candidate will have proven work experience as a Sales Support Specialist or Sales Support Associate, with great written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and Portuguese. Hands-on experience with ERP and CRM systems, such as Salesforce, is highly desirable. Additionally, expertise in office technologies, including Microsoft Office and Excel, is required.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Proven work experience in sales support roles in multinational environments
- Strong analytical and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A BS degree in Marketing or associate degree in a relevant field (plus)
