In this dynamic and challenging role as a Senior Business Development Associate at Star Consulting Group, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales skills to potential and current residents. Your primary objective will be to define what they want, schedule apartment and community tours, and sell the value of our community features to close the sale.
Key Responsibilities- Answer questions from potential residents to understand their needs and preferences.
- Schedule apartment and community tours with potential applicants, showcasing the best features of our properties.
- Sell the value of community features as they relate to the customer's needs, ensuring a seamless leasing experience.
- Frequently follow up with potential leads to ensure timely responses and resolutions.
- Maintain excellent relationships with potential and current residents, consistently delivering high-quality customer service.
To excel in this position, you will require:
- A customer service and sales mentality, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
- The ability to sit for extended periods, fine dexterity to operate computer and office equipment, and visual acuity to inspect documents accurately.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to hear and speak in English to exchange information effectively.
This role requires the ability to attend work on a regular basis and participate in training programs as required. It is essential to note that job functions may be added, deleted, or modified at any time by management.
Estimated Salary RangeWe offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
