Market Pay is a French fintech company founded in 2016. We design and provide omnichannel and international payment solutions for retailers and e-tailers.


Our mission is to support the growth of retailers through our extensive range of solutions that reinvent the customer experience.


We have over 310 employees in France and abroad, with several international acquisitions under our belt.


Your Role


You will lead the post-sale engagement, retention, and growth of our customers. This includes supporting expansion, identifying new revenue streams, and building relationships with key decision-makers within our customers' organizations.


You will formulate regular customer success plans, including KPIs and objectives. You will also lead customer governance, performing regular business reviews to align on business priorities, payments performance, optimization opportunities, product roadmap, customer satisfaction, and operation activities.


You will identify product expansion opportunities, manage change orders, and monitor service problems and customer complaints. You will develop problem management and service improvement plans, ensuring that customers, technical support, and other technical parties are represented in the definition and evolution of services.


Your Profile


We are looking for a candidate with a strong educational background and at least 2-3 years of experience in customer account management with a commercial dimension. Fluency in English and French is required, as well as excellent written and spoken communication skills.


You should be able to demonstrate empathy and active listening skills, with good teamwork and relationship-building abilities. You should also be familiar with Agile methods and have autonomy and versatility.
