We are seeking a highly skilled Dutch Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Barcelona. As a member of our dynamic sales team, you will play a key role in acquiring new advertisers and driving business growth.

About the Role:

You will be working on outbound leads to acquire new advertisers, advising them on their digital advertising strategy, and contributing to increasing the client customer base across EMEA. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Qualifying and managing inbound leads and the overall sales pipelineIdentifying the needs of businesses and personalizing our product towards those needsProperly preparing and setting expectations with businesses about the onboarding and go-live processDeveloping a deep understanding of our onboarding requirements/processes for different regionsWorking closely with businesses to collect and submit information required to complete our onboarding processAccurately advising and supporting businesses on each verification requirement as they work to complete the onboarding processSuccessfully troubleshooting or escalating issues and feedback through the appropriate channels of support


Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Native level of DutchAbility to speak and write English fluentlyAt least 1+ years of experience in similar fields: sales, recruiting, customer-facing rolesExperience working in a call center environmentExtremely high attention to detail and strong organizational skillsStructured communicator, both written and spokenAbility to produce high-quality work in a fast-paced environment under strict deadlinesProficient in Google Docs and Sheets and/or Microsoft Word and ExcelAbility to work independently and complete day-to-day tasks with minimal supervision
