Customer Experience Specialist France

As a Customer Experience Specialist in our French-speaking team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and sales experiences to our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to handle inbound calls from customers, providing them with information about our products and services, and offering insurance solutions to meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls from customers in French, responding to their queries and concerns.
- Provide information about our products and services, highlighting their benefits and features.
- Offer insurance solutions to customers, ensuring they understand the coverage and benefits.
- Capture customer details and confirm appliance registration, as required.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Native French speaker with excellent communication skills.
- At least 6 months of phone sales experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques and objection handling.
- Ability to multitask, adapt to change, and work under pressure.
- Competency with Microsoft Teams and Office programs.
