Job Description: Director of Brand Advocacy and Partnerships
We seek a seasoned influencer marketing expert to develop and execute a comprehensive strategy that aligns with our brand values and business goals. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in influencer marketing or a related field within the wellness or FMCG sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement a robust influencer marketing strategy that aligns with Pure Kaktai's brand values and business objectives.
- Influencer Identification: Research and identify potential influencers across various social media platforms who resonate with our brand ethos and target audience.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, managing communication and negotiations to secure impactful collaborations.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and oversee influencer marketing campaigns from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with brand messaging.
- Content Collaboration: Work closely with influencers to co-create authentic and engaging content that highlights the benefits of Pure Kaktai's products.
- Performance Analysis: Track and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and report on ROI.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging influencers, and best practices to improve influencer marketing efforts continuously.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years' experience in influencer marketing, social media marketing, or a related field within the wellness or FMCG sectors.
- Skillset: Strong project management, communication, and relationship-building skills. Proficiency in social media platforms and influencer marketing tools.
- Attributes: Creative thinker with a strategic mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Additional certifications in digital marketing are a plus.
