Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Key Account Manager to join our team in Spain. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional with experience in the Life Science, ESD, or Industrial Flooring industry to develop and manage sales success in the Spanish industrial sector.

About the Role

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth in the Industrial Sector, focusing on key markets such as Life Science / Pharmaceuticals (Cleanroom) and High Tech (ESD).
  • BUILD strong relationships with end-users, designers, contractors, and relevant business associations to identify new opportunities and grow existing accounts.
  • Collaborate closely with our Industry Segment Team and Area Sales Managers in Spain and Portugal to achieve shared goals.
  • Develop and implement sales plans for all relevant product solutions from our portfolio, including flooring, wall protection, cleanroom, ESD, and accessories.
  • Establish and maintain a network of key contractors to provide installation and service guidance to customers.
  • Conduct market research, analyze trends, and report findings to segment management and R&D teams.
  • Promote brand awareness through attendance at trade events and exhibitions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years of technical B2B sales experience in the specified industries.
  • Proven track record of business development and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Proactive sales approach with strong networking skills and ability to build long-term relationships.
  • Structured working approach with ability to navigate complex decision-making structures and manage long project life-cycles.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English, both mandatory.
  • Willinngness to travel extensively throughout Spain.
