The Role:
As a Global Sales Professional for Gartner, you will join our fastest-growing region in Barcelona (EMSE), working at the forefront of our sales function. Your primary responsibilities will include retaining and acquiring new clients for Gartner, focusing on emerging tech providers within your assigned territory. You will be given ownership of a specific territory, targeting new-to-Gartner organizations.
Your Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and develop new business opportunities with new-to-Gartner organizations.
2. Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close, ensuring successful client acquisition and growth.
3. Retain current clients while increasing their satisfaction and account growth.
4. Collaborate with clients and prospects in your specified territory to maximize value from Gartner services.
5. Be aligned with one of Gartner's Slovenian, Kazakhstani, or Bulgarian markets, embracing multiculturalism and diverse languages spoken, including English, Slovenian, and Russian.
6. Work closely with the Midsize Enterprise Sales team to continue developing best practices and new prospecting techniques.
About You:
We are seeking individuals with 1+ years of consultative selling experience, demonstrating a strong track record of success. You should possess a high level of drive for individual success, combined with a collaborative approach, executive presence, and business acumen. Experience owning the full sales cycle, managing, retaining, and growing a book of business is essential. Fluency in English is required, with native-level proficiency in Slovenian and Russian being a plus.
