About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Global Sales Professional to join our team in Barcelona, Spain. This role involves handling inbound calls, identifying sales opportunities, and providing top-notch customer service.

Job Responsibilities

">

- Handle booking requests, cancellations, and amendments through inbound calls- Identify sales opportunities by understanding customer needs- Persuade customers to make reservations promptly- Upsell rooms and cross-sell extras such as breakfast and Wi-Fi- Work within talk-time targets to deliver minimum calls per hour- Improve product knowledge to provide high-quality information to customers- Deal with general customer enquiries efficiently

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

- Fluency in English and Spanish- Strong interpersonal skills with excellent verbal communication- Previous call centre or customer-facing experience preferred- Ability to deal professionally with challenging calls- Excellent listening and questioning skills- High motivation with a drive to meet targets
